Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
 

All products sold on our website are carefully checked before dispatch. Since our products are made/packed with care, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.
 

Damaged Product Policy
 

In case you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning.
 

The unboxing video is mandatory for raising a valid dispute. Refund requests will only be reviewed if the video clearly shows that the product was damaged at the time of delivery.
 

Once the claim is verified, we will process a refund or suitable resolution at our discretion.
 

Shipping Policy
 

Orders are usually processed within 2 working after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.
 

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp wherever applicable.
 

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.
