We currently ship across India.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner operations, and external factors such as weather, public holidays, or logistical disruptions.

4. Return Policy

We do not offer returns once a product has been delivered.

Please review product details, size specifications, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

5. Exchange Policy (Quality Issues Only)

We offer exchanges only in cases where there is a proven manufacturing or quality defect.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at theknockknockstore.india@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number.

  3. Attach clear photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect.

Our team will review the request. If the issue is verified as a genuine quality defect, we will initiate an exchange.

6. Conditions for Exchange

Exchange requests will only be approved if:

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not qualify for exchange.

7. Non-Eligible Cases

The following cases will not be considered for exchange:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Delivery delays beyond our control

8. Refunds

Since we do not offer returns, refunds are generally not applicable.

Refunds will only be processed in exceptional cases where:

  • The product is unavailable after order confirmation

  • An exchange cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
